MAKE PHONE CALLS
Don't feel you are limited to writing emails about this issue. Please call and let library administration, as well as our local city-parish government officials, know that the Board of Control is WRONG! Not only do they NOT represent our values as a community, but they have grossly overstepped their authority, are flaunting the American Library Association Code of Ethics, and are participating in the largest modern assault on Free Speech and Freedom of Information ever known in Lafayette Parish.
